"Due to having a VA loan, the VA requires an escrow acct for homeowners insurance. We had USAA and got STICKER SHOCK when we received notice from our lender that we had an escrow shortage of $2697.74!!! That forced us to shop around and we landed with State Farm. Zack was great! After comparing apples with apples, he got us a policy $1300 less than USAA. We also switched auto and saved $500 every 6 months. Can’t rave enough about the great service!"

"I was looking into a more affordable car insurance company and was eagerly helped by Zack of the David Del Bosque agency in Floresville. Zack took the time to cover every option available to me, what those options meant, as well as ways to help save even more in the future. Zack helped me get setup with my auto insurance over the phone and then allowed me to finalize everything in person as that was what I was most comfortable doing. Zack worked around my schedule to ensure he was available to help me ensure I understood everything and that the policy I was receiving met my needs and wants. Then once I was all set up and I returned to install the drive safe device into my car and download the app, I arrived without giving Zack notice so he was not available; the lovely lady at the front desk not only helped me set up the drive safe device, but she also helped me set up the app and provided me with printouts of my policy. So far, the experience has been a 10/10 and I'm very happy to be saving on my insurance with an agency that has been more than helpful."

"The girl that answers the phone is so rude she over talks you when u have a complaint and sighs and says if u would stop talking she can explain but how if u haven't heard my complaint and when u ask 2 speak 2 someone else or her superior she told me 2 call corporate .. thankyou.. I did and filing a complaint on you.. ur office has zero customer service why I escalated this June 10th to corporate then b cause the scummy attitudes yall have over charging me a policey change I have never been charged.. This office definitely needs some better customer service I will b happy 2 remove myself from ur low value of customer service and take my hard earned money else where .."
